Step 1
First, go to the top bar on your screen, click on "MY AOL", then select "PREFERENCES"

Click where it says WWW

Step 3
UN-check the box marked to "use uncompressed images".

Step 4
Press "Empty Cache Now" to remove any old badlooking files hanging around on your computer.

You're done!
Say "OK" to these windows to get out of them
and surf the web MUCH better than before!!
