Step 1
First, go to the top bar on your screen, click on "MY AOL", then select "PREFERENCES". A preference window will open. Select the WWW option (1st line, 4 item in from left).

Step 2
Select the TAB that says "Web Graphics" (lest one on right).

Step 3
UN-check the box marked to "use uncompressed images".

You're done!
Say "OK" to these windows to get out of them and surf the web MUCH better than before!!
